Kelly is the best in the business; she sounds like Dolly Parton, she looks like Dolly and she's as witty and entertaining as Dolly. The similarities are striking, and not just in the veracity of voice; Kelly's measurements are exactly the same as Dolly's, right down to the 32G bust and the 22 inch waist.
