Cancellation Policy for your tickets for the Whoville Afternoon Tea Experience: In the unfortunate event you have to cancel, we will require 7 days or more notice in order to cancel the tickets and receive a refund (less a £10.00 per ticket admin fee). If you need to cancel within 7 days of the booking, please note that the full ticket price remains as non-refundable due to all food being ordered, all details being finalised and to cover the costs of the external company.
