Heather Beckett is delighted to offer this beginner-friendly photography workshop at Martin Mere.
Have you ever wondered what ISO, Shutter and Aperture really mean? How do photographers get such fabulous shots of birds in flight or capture the water droplets as they preen themselves? Heather will talk you through all of this and more.
The session begins with an introduction from Heather about her work and she’ll show you some examples, followed by a run-down of what you’ll learn on the day. She’ll then go through the basics of how a camera works and what the ‘triangle of light’ is all about.
Once the basics are covered, it’s straight outside to put learning into practice and be taught as you go. You’ll go on a tour of the centre, stopping as and when to start taking great photos of the amazing white birds around the site.
Martin Mere is a brilliant place to learn about photography. You’ll be in beautiful surroundings with lots of wonderful wildlife.
Book your place on this one-day workshop today to take your photography to the next level.
