Located at the heart of the UK Lancaster University Conferences and Events+ offer more than a dozen venues– ready to host everything from keynote conferences and training courses, to team-building getaways. They are committed to sustainability and are incredibly proud of their low carbon technologies on campus. Whatever your needs, they’re here to help.
They have the perfect space for a broad range of events. Rooms for meetings, halls for banquets, suites for receptions and theatres for lectures. They have meeting facilities and 80 dedicated guest rooms available all year round, rising to space for 800 delegates during the Easter and Summer periods. Our 2024 vacation dates are 22 March - 19 April and 28 June - 30 September.

Easily accessible via road, rail and bicycle and within just 70 miles of Manchester’s International Airport, a conference held at Lancaster offers stunning countryside surroundings whilst still being located in the heart of everything your delegates need. Located just three miles south of the City of Lancaster, our venue is just a few minutes from J33 off the M6.
Outdoor Space
Here at Lancaster University we are lucky to have some amazing outdoor spaces for you to host your event. Meeting outdoors can re-energise your team. The natural daylight is a perfect way to boost delegate productivity. Set in 560 acres of parkland we have the luxury of large spaces to be creative with.
Green Venue
Lancaster University Conferences and Events+ are delighted to announce we have obtained out Gold Award status with Greengage Soultion’s ECO-Smart accreditation. The wind turbine on campus produces 11-17% of the university’s electricity and demonstrates our commitment to carbon reduction and sustainability.
