Christmas comes but once a year and Ribby Hall Village is determined to make it an unforgettable experience for day visitors with an ALL-NEW Spectacular Showtime.
With fairy lights in the trees, real reindeer, and the return of the Magical treehouse for Santa and his elves, Christmas at Ribby Hall Village is like something from a children’s picture book. The whole Village is transformed into a Winter Wonderland and it’s the perfect destination for families looking to enjoy a festive day out.
The team at Ribby Hall Village have made an extra special effort this year, and from Sunday 14 November 2021 day visitors will be able to enjoy an ALL-NEW Winter Wonderland Spectacular Showtime. Promising to be the merriest of shows full of festive cheer - with joyful music, snow stopping interactions with family favourites including much-loved ice Princesses, Rudolph, and an appearance from Santa and his loveable elves.
In addition to the choreographed dance routines on stage, children will also be able to join in with the characters and learn a new and fun-filled dance routine, alongside games with Rudolph and friends. Join in a Christmas singalong medley to finish that will ensure the whole family has a merry old time. This is an enchanting experience not to be missed!
All the family can of course visit Santa too, as he returns to his magical treehouse, alongside meeting and feeding Rudolph and the other reindeer at the Wild Discovery zoo.
There is so much to do when visiting Ribby, whether it’s for a couple of hours or a full day. There’s the fantastic family swimming pool with slides, interactive water features and palm-fringed splash lagoon. There’s the NEW Pirate’s Bay adventure golf course too! With an indoor soft play area, outdoor adventure playgrounds and exciting walks amongst the fairy-lit trees, and Woodland Trail.
The festive period wouldn’t be the same without a bit of feasting and there are plenty of dining options throughout Winter Wonderland for day visitors at Ribby. The NEW Pancake Hut will be providing its first festive menu from 12 November, as well as Terrazza - the Italian-inspired restaurant, plus there’s a Papa John’s store if visitors fancy a sit in or take out pizza. Blend Coffee House will also offer a festive menu too, again for take-out or dining in. Not forgetting, in between mealtimes, a visit to Treasures, another NEW outlet; the perfect place for a large variety of sweeties, drinks, ice cream, ice lollies and Ribby souvenirs.
If the adults find themselves with a couple of hours to themselves, then a visit to the multi-award-winning SPA Hotel on The Village is a must. The fantastic 5-Bubble rated SPA facilities are the perfect antidote to the Christmas rush. The SPA’s experiences are built around its iconic Aqua Thermal Journey, a two-hour sensory experience taking in steam rooms, saunas, Balinese Salt Inhalation Room, hydrotherapy pool and the outdoor Zen Garden. Lit with thousands of twinkling fairy lights, this magical space has outdoor hot tubs, an experience shower, a Himalayan Salt Sauna, pedidarium and cosy fluffy robes and blankets to snuggle beneath with a mulled wine or a glass of fizz at the outdoor bar.
Christmas comes but once a year and, at Ribby Hall Village, that means safely pulling out all the stops to make it something to be remembered for years to come.
