Lancashire Day Grand Prize T&C's 2022

The Grand Prize Draw - one person will win a 48-hour Eco Escape for two people.

Including: 

• Artisan Foodie Adventure with Bowland & Bay Food tours,
• Dinner, Bed and Breakfast at The Shireburn Arms in the Forest of Bowland AONB,
• A Day’s guided walking or e-bike touring (with Mark Sutcliffe & Ribble Valley E-Bikes) with lunch at The Fleece Inn, Dolphinholme in the Forest of Bowland AONB,
• A hamper of mouth-watering Lancashire produce to take home (Bowland Food Hall),
• Natures Gems Tours gift voucher for a ½ day experience to explore the amazing flora and fauna of Lancashire’s limestone coast in the Arnside & Silverdale AONB.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Collection from Lancaster Station, Foodie Tour with Bowland and Bay, Arrive at the accommodation Shireburn Arms, Evening meal included with a bottle of wine to share.

Day 2 – Breakfast at the accommodation, collection from accommodation for guided walk/ e-bike safari and lunch at The Fleece Inn, Dolphinholme return to Lancaster Station.

• Eligibility for inclusion in the Grand Prize Draw: participants must have submitted a short video or photo with Lancashire Day message #LancashireDay.
• The Grand Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Marketing Lancashire, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. All participants will be included in Grand Prize Draw and the winner will be selected at random and informed in December.
• All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, have no cash alternative and travel to attractions or accommodation is not included.
• It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.
• Copyright in all images submitted remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the prize draw, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Marketing Lancashire to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
• The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
• The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
• Other terms and conditions may apply to individual prizes.
• Marketing Lancashire is not responsible for the fulfilment of prizes offered by partners and any query regarding the prize, once allocated, must be directed to the delivery partner.
• Marketing Lancashire reserves the right to exclude any submissions from the Grand Prize Draw, that are considered offensive or not in the spirit of #LancashireDay.
• The prize includes; Snacks and lunch on Day 1, Dinner and overnight accommodation on Day 1, Breakfast and Lunch on Day 2.
• Please note the Natures Gem Tour is a gift voucher and will need to be arranged separately with the provider.
• Transport to/from Lancashire, Tips and gratuities and any additional drinks are not included.
• The prize package must be taken Monday – Thursday before April 30^th 2023.
