King's Coronation Big Street Party - Darwen Market Square

Darwen Town Council is thrilled to invite families to join the King Charles III Coronation Big Street Party on Monday, May 8th from 10 am to 4 pm on Darwen Market Square. This free family fun event promises to be a fantastic day of immersive theatre, music, dancing, stilt walkers, magic shows and delicious street food.

This exciting event celebrates the coronation of King Charles III and it provides the perfect opportunity for families to come together and celebrate this historic occasion in a fun and interactive way.

Visitors to the King Charles III Coronation Big Street Party can expect to be entertained throughout the day with a fantastic line-up of performances and activities. The immersive theatre experience will transport attendees to Victorian times, with costumed actors bringing the era to life on Darwen Market Square.
