Festive Fun at HAPPA
HAPPA have Christmas all wrapped up with a range of Christmas activities for all this December. The Charity has put together an event calendar packed full of festive delights. Throughout December visitors to the farm will be able to purchase and decorate their own bauble, a great idea to make a personalised gift for a loved one, or for your tree.
Santa will be visiting The Café and guests can book to see him on the all-inclusive breakfast or afternoon sessions. The Café will be offering a festive menu, full of delicious treats.
Christmas Artisan market at Brockholes
Located on the unique visitor village, floating on Meadow Lake, this is a showcase of artisan businesses from around the North West. Them and their products will create a brilliant, unique market.
The Big Christmas Day Out
The Big Christmas Day Out is a fun filled activity packed day of Christmas adventure held in the beautiful Williamson Park. With loads of Christmas excitement for kids and grownups! Under our Christmas Domes and Tepees there is a whole host of activities for kids and grown ups alike. So join us for a huge four hour session of none stop festive fun for all the family.
Bath Bomb Making Workshop
Head to Preston at 12-2pm on the first 3 Sundays of December at Fishergate Shopping Centre on Level 3, outside Shoe Zone, to make your very own winter / Christmas Lush bath bomb! The cost is £5, pay with cash or card in Lush or head straight to our workshop on Level 3 which takes cash.
Lot 13
Lancashire's most haunted hall will once again become the backdrop for A Ghost Story for Christmas when a brand new spine-tingling seasonal play titled Lot 13 opens at Samlesbury Hall this December. The audience will 'travel through time' as the ghostly Christmas tale comes vividly to life in four dimensions, and will be guided through the rooms of the hall as they watch each scene of the story unfold.
Chew’s Yard
Enjoy food stalls, bar, live bands, DJs, Father Christmas, storytelling, maker's market and much more at this Christmas pop up.
Chorley’s Winter Wonderland
Get your skates on this Christmas and glide, pirouette and whirl across the popular Real Ice Rink when it returns to Chorley town centre this festive season.
Shrek the musical
A brand-new production of 'Shrek The Musical' continues its major UK and Ireland tour in Blackpool this weekend. A perfect night out for the young, and the young at heart, the award-winning Shrek the Musical is guaranteed fun for all ages and will have you dancing in the aisles and laughing all the way home.
