The Greatest Robot Ever is a brand new, rhyming story created by The Knotted Project and Hawk Dance Theatre.
Glitch the little Robot doesn’t feel special like all the other amazing Robots living in the Junk Yard. With the help of their best friend, Shift, they go on a quest to find the pieces to make them stand out! Full of fun, adventure and self discovery; Will Glitch find what they were searching for all along?
Children can join in with the story and interact with the performers as well as participating in a fun, engaging workshop that focuses on how we can look after ourselves, each other and the world around us.
Lyndsey Wilson, Spot On Programmer explains: “My son and I had the opportunity to participate in this show when it was in development and we had a brilliant time. It’s so important to encourage parents and children with opportunities to engage in imaginative play together, this show has that perfect balance of sitting and watching alongside joining in and having fun.”
The show is one of a season supported by Wyre Council and UKSPF funding in preparation for Spot On Festival: Poulton-le-Fylde (14-16 June).
