A Taste of Leyland is back!

On Saturday 21 September, the much-loved annual event will return to Hough Lane and Leyland Market showcasing the very best in local food and drink traders, with entertainment for all the family!

The event will run from 11am to 5pm and will include:

• Fantastic food and drink traders in addition to our regular Leyland Town Centre businesses and market
• Demonstration kitchen
• Fair ground rides
• Musical entertainment
• A tombola at Leyland United Reformed Church
• Comedic culinary entertainment for the kids from Liver Cottage – a comedy kitchen

As an additional tasty treat, the British Commercial Vehicle Museum will be offering a 50% discount on entry all day.

The announcement of the event comes after the news that Leyland Market is to move into a new location in Leyland while the existing building is refurbished through the muliti-million-pound Leyland Town Deal.

The last trading day for Leyland Market will be Tuesday 24 September and it will re-open in Kings Court, King Street, Leyland, PR25 2LE on Friday 27 September.
