Chicago The Musical Youth

Join the Winter Gardens’ resident youth theatre company; Red Rose Theatre Works, as they take you back to a time of murder, showbiz, manipulation and a whole lotta jazz as they proudly present Chicago – Teen Edition.

Set in the legendary city during the roaring “jazz hot” 20s, Chicago tells the story of aspiring chorus girl Roxie Hart and fading vaudeville star Velma Kelly who each face trial for murder. 

The two women compete for the services of shady lawyer Billy Flynn, who whips up Velma’s incarceration into a murder-of-the-week media frenzy, thus preparing the world for her acquittal and more importantly, a splashy showbiz comeback. But Roxie’s got some of her own tricks up her sleeve…

Clubland Events brings its weekender to Winter Gardens for the 3rd year running, featuring live performances from Cascada, Basshunter, Billy Gillies & Ultrabeat with a whole host of special guests.

The much-loved singing sensation and star of stage and screen Jane McDonald is back with a new tour for 2024.

Britain’s Got Talent Auditions  

Britain’s Got Talent is returning to the iconic Winter Gardens Blackpool this October and this is your exclusive opportunity to be part of the action and join the audience for one of the biggest TV shows in the UK.

Become the 5th judge as you sit alongside Ant & Dec and the celebrity judges, witnessing jaw-dropping performances live on stage. From fire eaters and acrobats to dancers, singers, and more, expect to be dazzled by the incredible variety of talent that takes to the stage.

Sequence Dance Festival

The Blackpool Sequence Dance Festival will celebrate its 74th anniversary in 2024, hosted in the magnificent Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens.

This festival honours its rich tradition while introducing exciting new events, including three full days of sequence competitions complemented by evening social dancing. The highlight of the festival will be the prestigious British Sequence Championships.

Don’t miss our Inventive Dance Competition on Monday, October 21st. The competition features categories in Classical Sequence, Modern Sequence, and Latin Sequence, with the winning dances being taught on the same day.
