Blackpool has unveiled an extraordinary programme of light-based art as the annual Lightpool Festival gets underway.

A special feature length documentary showcasing the story of the Accrington Pals will be shown at Accrington Stanley's Wham Stadium on Remembrance Sunday.

The popular free family event, Astley Illuminated, returns on Friday 8 November 2024 with magnificent light displays, entertainment and more.
